4. Enable comment filtering and test

Settings → toggle on Filter comments too. Navigate to r/all. Any remaining weight loss posts visible are likely from subreddits not on your list — add them to the subreddit block list.

What this won’t do

This filter removes posts from your visible feed. It doesn’t affect Reddit notifications, posts in communities you actively moderate, or content in the official Reddit mobile app (which doesn’t support extensions).
